Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment
Full payment is expected at the time of booking.
Punctuality
Because of how tightly I am scheduled, please be on time. If you are having technical issues or will be slightly late for some reason, please send a text to 339-707-0784. If you are more than 5 minutes late to a session without alerting me that you will be late, I will assume a no-show and the full fee will be charged.
Cancellations
Life is unpredictable, of course, but cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance and can be done via the website in your My Bookings section here. If a last-minute emergency occurs, please text 339-707-0784.
Refund Policy
It is rare, but sometimes it is evident that a client and I do not have a good connection, or I am not connecting clearly to your soul or your loved ones in spirit. At that point, I will end our session and either offer you a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
If I need to cancel and we cannot find a mutually good time to reschedule, of course you will be issued a full refund.
Session Frequency
Soul Sessions
Soul Sessions are monthly or bi-monthly. After three sessions, I strongly recommend a break of a month or two before you schedule another one, so you can integrate the work.
Mediumship Readings
Experience has demonstrated that it is not beneficial to have more than 2 mediumship readings a year, and those are ideally not closer than 5 months apart.
