Service Description

Soul letters are approximately two pages of inspired writing in response to clients’ specific questions. (Instructions are given to help clients choose the best phrasing of questions for a satisfying soul response). Clients enjoy reading and re-reading these supportive, clarifying missives, and often remark the meanings deepen and change with time. Please allow 5 days for delivery.

Cancellation Policy

SESSION FREQUENCY POLICY Experience has demonstrated that it is not beneficial to have more than 2 mediumship readings a year, and those are ideally not closer than 5 months apart. Soul Sessions are monthly or bi-monthly. After three sessions, I strongly recommend a break of a month or two before you schedule another one, so you can integrate the work. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Payment is expected at the time of booking. Because of how tightly I am scheduled, please be on time. If you are having technical issues or will be slightly late for some reason, please send a text to 339-707-0784. If you are more than 5 minutes late to a session without alerting me that you will be late, I will assume a no-show and the full fee will be charged. Life is unpredictable, of course, but cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance and can be done via the website. If a last-minute emergency occurs, please text 339-707-0784. It is rare, but sometimes it is evident that a client and I do not have a good connection, or I am not connecting clearly to your soul or your loved ones in spirit. At that point, I will end our session and either offer you a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule. If I need to cancel and we cannot find a mutually good time to reschedule, of course you will be issued a full refund.
